Hispanic Professional Association

We understand that strength lies in difference. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) support each other, and our organization, to become stronger. They help build awareness and understanding of inclusion and diversity so that everyone can be their true self and reach their full potential.

The Hispanic Professional Association (HPA) is an employee resource group (ERG) dedicated to developing leaders and supporting National Grid’s inclusion and diversity efforts by helping recruit and retain Latino/Hispanic talent.

We promote and celebrate Latin American cultural diversity through our programs. The HPA is a networking vehicle with members representing many cultures and backgrounds and is open and welcomes all National Grid employees. We have 7 chapters and over 500 members.
